Giveaways
Run contests with a single command: members enter with one click, and Ganyu draws the winners automatically right on time. Management requires the Manage Server permission.

01 Commands
The message_id is the ID of the giveaway's announcement message (right-click → Copy Message ID, in developer mode).
/giveaway create <prize> <winners> <duration> Starts a giveaway with button entry. winners: 1 to 20 winners; duration: duration in minutes (1 to 10080, i.e. 1 week maximum).
/giveaway end <message_id> Ends a giveaway early and immediately draws the winners.
/giveaway reroll <message_id> [winners] Draws new winners for a finished giveaway (winner count optional).
02 Entry conditions and bonuses
Beyond the quick command, you can configure giveaway templates with entry conditions and bonuses:
- Minimum account age (up to 365 days) to block brand-new accounts.
- Minimum server tenure (up to 365 days).
- Blacklisted roles: holders can't enter.
- Bonus roles: certain roles grant extra entries (multiplier up to ×10), ideal for rewarding your boosters or subscribers.
- DM winners and mention winners on the announcement, which can be toggled on or off.
Tip — Combine a bonus role with an Automatic roles & welcome or Premium role to give your most loyal members better odds.
03 Limits and tracking
Each giveaway's participant list can be viewed in the The web dashboard. Draws run automatically when they expire, even after the bot restarts.

Q. How do members enter?
By clicking the button on the announcement message. No reaction or command is needed; the click enters them instantly.
Q. Does the giveaway keep running if the bot restarts?
Yes. Giveaways are persisted and the automatic draw fires at the scheduled time, even after a restart.
Q. A winner doesn't claim their prize, what should I do?
Use /giveaway reroll <message_id> to draw one or more replacements from the remaining participants.
Q. Can I give some members better odds?
Yes, via bonus roles: a role can grant up to 10 extra entries. You can also require a minimum account age or tenure, and blacklist roles.
Q. How many giveaways can I run at once?
5 on FREE, 15 on PREMIUM, 100 on PRO, with a maximum duration of 7 days, 30 days or 1 year depending on the tier. See Premium.
