Server cloning and templates
Cloning copies a server's structure (roles, categories, channels, permissions, emojis and stickers) and the Ganyu module settings to a target server. It starts from the dashboard, in the Channels tab, and can start from a saved template.

Cloning a server
Choose the source server (or a template), the target server, then tick what to copy: roles and channels, emojis and stickers, the server identity if you ask for it, and the Ganyu modules to bring over. No message and no member is copied.
- The target server must be empty: no role other than @everyone, no emoji or sticker, at most two categories each holding at most one text channel and one voice channel, and no channel outside a category.
- Ganyu must be an administrator of the target server.
- You must own the source server (or use a template) and the target server. A server cannot be cloned onto itself.
- Only one clone at a time can target the same server.
Boost tiers and limits
The target server's capacity follows its Discord boost level. Emoji slots are 50, 100, 150 or 250 depending on the tier (0 to 3), sticker slots 5, 15, 30 or 60, and the maximum voice bitrate 96, 128, 256 or 384 kb/s. Anything beyond these limits is skipped and listed in the clone report.
Announcement and stage channels, reserved for community servers, become text or voice channels unless the Community option is enabled for the copy.
Tip — An interrupted clone can be resumed from the clone list. Finished, failed or cancelled clones are deleted after 30 days.
Saved templates
A template keeps a server's structure so you can reuse it later. Permissions given to specific members are not kept. You can keep up to 3 templates, and your templates are deleted with your account.
A clone is limited to 1 running at a time per user and 5 per day.
Frequently asked questions
Are messages and members copied?
No. Cloning covers the server's structure and settings. No message and no member is carried over.
Why is the target server refused?
The most common cause is a server that is not empty: one role, emoji, sticker or channel outside a category is enough to block it. The bot must also be an administrator of that server.
Does the bot need to be an administrator?
Yes. The bot must be an administrator of the target server to create roles, channels and emojis.
