By using Ganyu, you fully accept these ToS. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not use the Service.

• One account per user: You must only use one Discord account to interact with Ganyu.
• Prohibition of automated systems: You must not use bots, macros, scripts, or any other automated tool to gain an unfair advantage over other users (e.g., cheating in mini-games, manipulating the virtual economy, etc.).
• Respect Discord rules: You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and the rules of servers where Ganyu is used.
• Legal use: You must not use Ganyu for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

3. Disclaimer of warranty

Ganyu is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The owners do not guarantee that the Service will be free of errors, interruptions, or defects. The owners cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use (or inability to use) Ganyu.

4. Privacy policy

Ganyu's Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these ToS. By using Ganyu, you also accept the conditions set forth in this policy.

5. Termination

The owners reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Ganyu, at any time and without notice, in case of violation of these ToS or Discord rules.
