Premium subscriptions. Two kinds of subscriptions are offered: the Player Premium subscription, attached to the buyer's Discord account, and the Premium and Pro server subscriptions, attached to the Discord server chosen when ordering. The content of each offer is described on the Premium page.

A server subscription can only be bought by a person who holds management rights on that server. Purchases are reserved for adults, or for minors with the agreement of their legal guardian.

Shop purchases. The shop sells, for a single payment, packs of digital content usable within Ganyu: Ganyu Coins and raffle tickets, credited on the Discord server chosen when ordering, Ganyu Gems, credited on the buyer's account for all their servers, and Fun Calc tickets, credited on the buyer's account. Prices are shown in euros on the Premium page and on the Shop page. The applicable price is the one displayed on the Stripe payment page when the order is confirmed: the amount and billing period for a subscription, the single amount for a shop purchase.

Any change to a subscription price is announced to the subscriber before it applies and only affects later renewals. A subscriber who refuses it can cancel before it takes effect. A change to the price of a shop pack only applies to orders placed after it.

Before being redirected to the payment page, the buyer asks for the subscription to start, or for the purchased content to be supplied, as soon as they pay, acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal and accepts these terms of sale. On the website, they do so by ticking a box; from the /store command of the Discord bot, by confirming a message. The order is then concluded on the payment page hosted by Stripe.

Payment is processed by Stripe, a payment service provider. Card details are entered on Stripe and are neither sent to VSK nor stored by Ganyu. The subscription is activated, and content bought in the shop is credited, as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.

Each Premium subscription is taken out for a one-month period. It renews automatically at the end of each period for a new one-month period, and Stripe charges the price at the start of each period to the saved payment method, until cancellation.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries the charge during a grace period. The subscription ends if the payment has not succeeded by the end of that period.

A shop purchase is a single payment: it does not renew and commits the buyer to no later payment.

The subscriber can cancel at any time, free of charge, from the Billing page of their account or from the Stripe customer portal reachable from that page. For a server subscription, the portal is also reachable from the Premium tab of the server dashboard.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid period: Premium benefits stay active until that date, then no further charge is made. The period already started is not refunded.

Premium subscriptions and content bought in the shop are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. A subscription's performance starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, and shop content is credited upon that confirmation.

Under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for such content when three conditions are met: 1° its performance started after the consumer's prior express consent; 2° the consumer expressly acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal; 3° VSK gave the consumer a confirmation of that consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium, as article L221-13 requires. Before each payment, the buyer gives that consent and acknowledgement by ticking the box provided on the website or by confirming the message of the /store command; without them, the order cannot be placed. The confirmation is then given on the Stripe invoice: the invoice and receipt of a shop purchase, and for a subscription, the invoice of the first payment and then every renewal invoice. A Discord direct message, sent as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, also restates it with the date of the consent.

Premium subscriptions: the buyer waives the right of withdrawal for the subscription taken out, whose performance starts as soon as they pay. This agreement also covers the renewals of that subscription and the plan changes made from the Stripe customer portal, which do not show a new box to tick.

Shop purchases: the buyer waives the right of withdrawal for the Ganyu Coins, raffle tickets, Ganyu Gems and Fun Calc tickets bought, supplied as soon as they pay.

Except in the cases provided for by law, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity, a subscription period already started is not refunded, and a shop purchase is not refunded once its content has been credited.

Refund requests are sent to [email protected]. A refund that is granted is paid by Stripe to the payment method used for the purchase.

A payment dispute opened with the buyer's bank is handled by Stripe under the rules of the card network. The buyer can contact VSK beforehand to try to settle the issue amicably.

A full refund of a shop purchase cancels that purchase: the credited content is removed from the buyer's balance, up to what remains in it.

VSK is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services provided for in articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code. In case of a lack of conformity, the consumer can obtain that the content be brought into conformity or, failing that, a price reduction or the termination of the contract.

VSK is responsible for the proper performance of its sales. It cannot be held liable if Discord or Stripe is unavailable, in case of force majeure, or if the Service is used in breach of the Terms of Service. Nothing in these terms of sale limits the rights the consumer holds under the law.

VSK may change these terms of sale. The version that applies to an order is the one in force on its date. A change affecting an ongoing subscription is announced to the subscriber before the next renewal, and a subscriber who refuses it can cancel.

These terms of sale are governed by French law. In case of difficulty, the buyer can first write to [email protected] to seek an amicable solution.

Under articles L612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, the consumer can refer a dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator for an amicable resolution, after first trying to resolve it directly with VSK through a written complaint. VSK has not yet appointed its consumer mediator: the mediator's name, address and website will be published on this page as soon as VSK joins a mediation scheme.

Failing an agreement, the consumer can bring the matter, at their choice, before the court of the place where they lived when the contract was concluded or when the harmful event occurred, or before any other competent court.
