Player Premium or server Premium?

Player Premium follows your account on every server and boosts your gameplay. Server Premium applies to a single server and raises its configuration limits. The two are independent and stack.

Is Pro unlimited?

No. The limits are very high but capped to prevent abuse. The table gives the exact value of each limit.

Where do coins and tickets go?

Coins and raffle tickets are credited to the server you pick at checkout. Gems and Love Calc, Hate Calc and Toxicity Calc tickets go to your account and follow you everywhere.

Can I move a purchase to another server?

No. Once credited, a purchase stays on the server you picked. Check the selected server in the payment window before you pay.

How do I get a refund?

A subscription comes with a 14-day withdrawal right, refunded pro rata for the time left. A one-off purchase is final once delivered. In every case, contact support on the Discord server.

How do I cancel?

From the Billing page of your account or the Stripe portal. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
